Privacy
Privacy policy
This policy covers acinstallationlosangeles.com, an independent lead-generation publisher. Our editorial policy covers how we source what we publish, and the disclosure covers how we are paid.
What we collect
- Quote requests: the service, ZIP, property type, current system, home size, ducts, timing, whether the current AC has stopped, your name, phone, email, street address, preferred contact, any details you wrote, any estimator result, the page and the time.
- Visit details sent with a quote request: the page it was sent from, the first page you landed on, the referral source (the referring site or campaign tags in the link) and basic browser and device details (browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and time zone). No third-party trackers or fingerprinting are used for this.
- Calls: we publish no phone number yet. If we add a tracked number, we will log the calling number, time and duration, and announce any recording first.
- Usage: anonymous analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location from IP and device type. We do not sell this.
Who it is shared with
Quote requests are shared with the licensed contractor or contractors matched to your ZIP and service, and with the form provider that carries them. Sharing a request with a contractor who pays us is the reason the form exists; it is not sold to data brokers or other advertisers.
Your California rights
If you live in California you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of it being shared with contractors beyond the request you made. Email hello@acinstallationlosangeles.com. We answer within 45 days and do not treat you differently for asking.
Recording
California generally requires the consent of every party before a confidential call is recorded. Any tracked line on this site would announce recording at the start. (Verify: California Penal Code § 632.)
Your choices
Email hello@acinstallationlosangeles.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to ask that a contractor stop contacting you.
